When and how long is the reception open?
Reception is open daily from 07:30 to 20:00.
Is there free parking?
You can park directly in the village of St. Lambrecht (short-term parking zone, 3 hours parking time with parking meter), free parking is available at the market pond or at the monastery (approx. 2 min. walk) or in the hotel's underground parking garage (for a small surcharge per night).
Is late check-out possible? Early check-in?
Early check-in is only possible on request. Surcharge of € 30.

Can I still use the wellness area after check-out?
Yes, the indoor pool and fitness area can be used until 15:00.

When is the pool open?
The pool is open daily from 09:00 to 22:00.
Is there a wellness area and when is it open?
There is a sauna, steam bath and saunarium, which are open daily from 16:00 to 22:00.
Is there a gym and when is it open?
The fitness studio is open daily from 08:00 to 22:00.
Are bathrobes, slippers and sauna towels available at the hotel and included in the stay?
You will find sauna towels in your room, bathrobes and slippers can be collected free of charge from reception.
Can locals also use the wellness area or the fitness studio?
Locals can use the wellness area and the fitness studio for € 14 in the low season.
Is it possible to book massages?
Yes, for massage bookings please contact reception.

Breakfast from 07:00 am to 10:00 am
A' la carte there is a small selection of dishes from 11:30 to 18:00.

Vegan dishes can be prepared on request at any time, vegetarian dishes are always available.
Is there A' la carte?
A' la carte is available from 11:30 am to 6:00 pm, no advance reservation necessary.
Is it possible to spontaneously book dinner in addition to bed and breakfast?
Yes, it is possible to book dinner in addition. Please let us know for the current day by 16:00 at the latest.

The hotel has a playroom for children as well as a bouldering wall and a table tennis table.

How far is the ski area from the hotel?
The Grebenzen ski area is approx. 900 meters away.
Is there a shuttle service to the ski area?
The hotel does not offer a shuttle service to the Grebenzen ski area. However, a ski shuttle is sometimes provided by the ski lift operator during the vacation season. Up-to-date information is available at reception.
Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes, there are restaurants nearby (approx. 2 min. walk)
Where and how far away is the nearest train or public bus station?
The nearest train station is in Mariahof (ÖBB) and is approx. 7 km away or in Murau (Murtalbahn) and is approx. 11 km away. The next bus stop "St. Lambrecht Ort" is directly in front of the entrance door. Bus line 885 (Neumarkt in der Steiermark - St. Lambrecht - Murau)
How far away is the nearest post office?
The post office is located together with the pharmacy in the monastery and is approx. 3 minutes' walk away.
Is there a grocery store in the village?
Nearby there are two grocery stores Adeg and Bio-Laden (approx. 2 min walk)
Is there a pharmacy in town?
There is a pharmacy nearby (approx. 3 min walk)
What opportunities are there for summer sports nearby?
Hiking trails, cycling tours, golf, swimming, fishing, rafting, climbing and much more.
What opportunities are there for winter sports nearby?
Snowshoeing, ski touring, skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, indoor golf and much more.
What excursion destinations are there nearby?
Our guests receive the Murau-Murtal Guest Card for the duration of their stay, which offers over 100 discounted experiences.

Can I bring my dog with me?
There are dog rooms (limited rooms). There is a surcharge of € 15 per dog per night.

Guests are allowed to bring their dog with them to dinner, which is served in a separate area.

50% of the rooms are equipped with sofa beds (sleeping area 120 x 200 cm) and can be used as a bed on request.

Where is smoking allowed?
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. Smoking is permitted in front of the entrance area (street side).
Is there a way to do laundry?
Yes, there are washing machines and dryers in the hotel. These appliances can be used for a small surcharge. Coins and detergent pods are available at reception.
Is it possible to hold conferences, team events or private events and celebrations?
Yes, we are happy to offer the planning, organization and handling of your event. Our various conference rooms offer space for 10 - 120 people with flexible packages up to full board. We are also happy to organize your private party for up to 500 people.

What cancellation conditions do you have?
Up to 7 days before arrival you can rebook or cancel free of charge, after that 10% will be retained.
Does the hotel have an e-charging station?
There are two reserved parking spaces with a public e-charging station directly in front of the hotel.
