What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00
When and how long is the reception open?
Reception is open daily from 07:30 to 20:00.
Is there free parking?
You can park directly in the village of St. Lambrecht (short-term parking zone, 3 hours parking time with parking meter), free parking is available at the market pond or at the monastery (approx. 2 min. walk) or in the hotel’s underground parking garage (for a small surcharge per night).
Is a late check-out possible? What about an early check-in?
Early check-in is available only upon request. There is a surcharge of €33.

Can I still use the wellness area after check-out?
Yes, the indoor pool and fitness area can be used until 15:00.

There is a sauna, steam bath and saunarium, which are open daily from 16:00 to 22:00.

The gym is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Are bathrobes, slippers and sauna towels available at the hotel and included in the stay?
You’ll find bathrobes and sauna towels for adults in your room; children’s bathrobes are available free of charge at the front desk. Bath slippers cost €3.
Can locals also use the wellness area or the fitness studio?
Locals can use the wellness area and the fitness studio for € 14 in the low season.

Vegan dishes can be prepared on request at any time, vegetarian dishes are always available.
Is it possible to spontaneously book dinner in addition to bed and breakfast?
Yes, it is possible to book dinner. Please let us know by 4:00 p.m. at the latest on the day of your visit.

Is there a playroom for children?
The hotel features a playroom for children, as well as a bouldering wall and a ping-pong table. Children may only access these areas when accompanied by an adult.

Childcare is available free of charge on select dates during school breaks.

How far is the ski area from the hotel?
The Grebenzen ski area is approx. 900 meters away.
Is there a shuttle service to the ski area?
On select dates during the winter break, the hotel offers a shuttle service to the Grebenzen ski resort. For more information, please ask at the front desk.

Yes, there are restaurants nearby (approx. 2 min. walk)
Where and how far away is the nearest train or public bus station?
The nearest train station is in Mariahof (ÖBB), about 7 km away, or in Murau (Murtalbahn), about 11 km away. The nearest bus stop, “St. Lambrecht Ort,” is located right in front of the entrance. Verbund Line 885 (Neumarkt in der Steiermark – St. Lambrecht – Murau)
How far away is the nearest post office?
The post office is located together with the pharmacy in the monastery and is approx. 3 minutes’ walk away.
Is there a grocery store in the village?
Nearby there are two grocery stores Adeg and Bio-Laden (approx. 2 min walk)

What opportunities are there for summer sports nearby?

Dogs
Can I bring my dog with me?
Dog-friendly rooms are available (limited availability). There is an additional charge of €17 per dog per night.
What is the maximum number of dogs allowed to stay overnight in the room?
A maximum of two four-legged guests are allowed per room.

Guests are allowed to bring their dog with them to dinner, which is served in a separate area.

50% of the rooms are equipped with sofa beds (sleeping area 120 x 200 cm) and can be used as a bed on request.
Miscellaneous
Is there W-LAN?
There is a guest W-LAN in the hotel.
Where is smoking allowed?
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, including on the balconies of the guest rooms. Smoking is permitted in front of the entrance (on the street side) and in the courtyard.
Is there a way to do laundry?
Yes, the hotel has washing machines and dryers. You can use these machines for a small additional fee. Coins and laundry detergent pods are available at the front desk.
Is it possible to hold conferences, team events or private events and celebrations?
Yes, we’d be happy to handle the planning, organization, and execution of your event. Our various conference rooms can accommodate 10 to 120 people, with flexible package options ranging from a set rate to full board. We’d also be happy to host your private celebration for up to 500 guests.
What cancellation conditions do you have?
You can change your reservation or cancel for free up to 7 days before arrival; after that, 100% of the amount will be charged.
Does the hotel have an e-charging station?
There is a reserved parking space with a public electric charging station right in front of the hotel. There is a fee to use it.
What payment options are available?
Cash or by card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro JCB, Union Pay, Visa Pay)
Do I have to pay a deposit before my stay?
No, no deposit is required.
Is there a lodging tax, and when is it due?
The lodging tax is set by law and must be paid at the front desk upon departure.
