Cancellations

Cancellations of reservations will only be accepted in writing.

up to 28 days prior to arrival - cancellation free of charge
up to 7 days prior to arrival - cancellation 40 % of the total price
up to 1 day before arrival - cancellation 90 % of the total price
Cancellations on the day of arrival or no-show - Cancellation 100%
